1Read the deskConsole
The overview lists what is short right now, oldest first, with the action on each line. The tiles are buttons.
1. Notice N305SK: four lines short, cleaning flagged, no destination yet.
2. Open Destinations to supply on the right: TEB can cover its lines from stock.
2Assign the destinationConsole
Crews never enter routing. The desk types where the aircraft is going next.
1. Select N305SK in the queue.
2. Type TEB in Destination. Every line re-reads against Teterboro's on hand, min and max.
3. Champagne shows 3 on hand, min 4: available, but pulling triggers a backfill.
3Pull from the hubConsole
Press Pull from hub on champagne, then on still water. Both land on one pull order for that aircraft, PO-TEB-0001. Try Order instead on hand towels and watch a supply order appear. Then Mark triaged.
1. Open Pull & supply orders: the form prints, downloads, and exports a CSV for purchasing.
2. Press a button twice quickly: the second attempt is refused, not doubled.
4Work it on the hub floorHub app
The hub manager's phone, signed in at Teterboro. The order is under New with a banner.
1. Acknowledge · start pull moves it to In work and records who.
2. Picked · staged for aircraft completes it. The champagne balance dropped and the ledger has the line.
3. Open Backfill: champagne is below minimum and waits for a count.
5See it from the cabinCrew app
Crew 48213's phone. Open Updates: champagne and still water read ready at TEB with the order number. Swipe one away.
1. Back on Inventory, type N305SK: the last count appears as a turnover before you start.
2. Start an inventory and walk the galley. Items short last time carry a hint.
6Count the hub, raise the restockHub app
On the hub's Stock tab, correct a couple of counts and press Submit count to HQ. A restock order is raised for everything at or below minimum, sized back to max.
1. Backfill now shows the order. Received · add to stock books it in.
2. In the console, Reports lists the hub count and Audit log shows every action with a name.
7Cancel and unwindConsole
Aircraft rerouted? On Pull & supply orders, cancel an open order with a reason. Pulled stock returns, the lines reopen on Due for order, and the hub's queue drops it with a notice.
